40 FOR 40: Hey Dog Whisperer fans! We're planning a special surprise for the month of August, and we need your help to make it happen! To coincide with Cesar's 40th birthday on August 27th, the staff of Cesar Millan, Inc. and the Cesar and Illusion Millan Foundation are rallying the troops.
